MSU Craft Academy


The Craft Academy for Excellence in Science and Mathematics is a dual-credit residential high school for academically exceptional Kentucky students. The Academy will be housed on the campus of Morehead State University, consistently ranked as one of the safest campuses in the Commonwealth.

Scheduled to open in August 2015, the Craft Academy will meet the unique educational needs of academically gifted and talented high school juniors and seniors in the Commonwealth. A college-level curriculum will allow students to finish high school while also completing up to two years of university coursework.

WKU FREE Online Dual Credit Course

WKU_Tall_2cWKU Dual Credit will again be offering UC 100 – College and Career Explorations! This is a one-credit-hour online course that is designed to help students learn more about themselves and possible careers that fit their goals for the future. WKU instructors will work with students to provide feedback to help them prepare for life after high school.

This course is open to high school students of all grades and all academic levels.

There is no cost to students or schools for this course. (Automatic WKU scholarships result in no tuition being charged.)  New students must apply to WKU at  Students must also register at
